Healthy Thyroid Recipe RoundUp!

I spent a week with some great gals looking up recipes that can fit well for a healthy thyroid. This is the result of our adventure. Some great finds! A few adjustments here and there are needed to make them especially thyroid friending like replacing for gluten free flour or regular, or coconut aminos instead of soy sauce. But this is a concept  we need to get used to anyway. It’s important to recognize where we should tweak to make a meal better for us. Most are easy adjustments and I definitely found a few keepers and some great ones to try. 🙂

Enjoy!!
