This is all about having fun, getting our life back, learning and understanding. I have combined the amazing resources from a LEADER in Health and Fitness (Beachbody) with my know-how about this disease we call Hypothyroidism.
I’m a certified nutritionist and I finally took my life back and live medication free now. I’ve learned to listen to my body, understand what it needs and address issues before they have a chance to go after my precious gland. This let me heal, go off meds, and truly find my life again.
It’s also given me drive. Drive to share & help other women learn what I have and so my challenge was born.

A Little About Me: I’m a certified nutritionist and I used my nerdy love of science and nutrition to find my life again!! This disease can’t be cured but in most cases it can be managed. Whether on medication or not, nutrition plays a huge role in our disease. Food can literally fuel our thyroid, mind and body or it WILL slowly destroy it.
